11-04's Honor Guard

 

 

 

One of the first duties of the Flotilla Commander is appointing staff officers that will assist the Commander, the Flotilla, and ultimately The Coast Guard Auxiliary in completing its many missions throughout the year.

 

Each year, Flotilla members elect a Commander and Vice Commander from within their ranks.
